IN FLORIDA6*t. Claude Short, now stationed at Camp Blandtng, Fla. after having spent seven years in army service at Fort Bragg, is the .-on of Mrs Jolin P. Short of Bessemer City, and tiie late Mr. Short His father1 served in the Spanish-American j war. Sgt Short has two brothers in the service, John F. Short, who Is now stationed at Sheppard Field, Tex , In the ’Air Corps, after twelve years at Fort Bragg and one year in Hawaii; and Joe Short, who enlisted just recently and is now stationed at Camp Chaffee, Arkansas.
