Benjamin Bosley, special service officer.One club, the Hacienda Tico Tico Room, will open Saturday night in the Queens Hotel, on the opposite side of the building from the Balalaika Room and on the premises formerly occupied by the enlisted men’s club for men only. The other club, the Topside, will open Monday night in the Hermitage HotelBoth will have floor shows andwill serve drinks at standard USRRA prices.
