Sgt. Jas. B. Soule, i Lost in Germany Is Declared DeadSgt. James B. Soule. 19. son of ;Mrs. Alice Burrows Veitch of'1024 North boulevard, has been declared killed in action by the ( government. Radio-gunner aboard ta bomber. Sgt. Soule was one of ,three fliers unable ;o bail out , when their plane was hit by enemy lire during action over Ger- ] many. April of 1945. Mrs. Veitch i recently received notification that ] her son was declared dead b\a.the War department.Sgt. Soyle entered tne Air corps in November 1943. and in Janu- i ary. 1945. was sent overseas. Among the decorations earned by the young staff sergeant are the v ijL Medal and Purple Heart.
