Pawnee May Ask For PW’slearned—A meeting of Pawnee county fanners has been called for Wednesday afternoon, at the courthouse to consider plans for establishing a war prisoners’ camp here as a source of emergency farm labor this summer*German war prisoners would be brought in. The Youth building in Lowrey park has been suggested for housing the prisoners. A, M. Wagner, chairman of thecounty farm labor committee, issued the call for the meeting. At a meeting of that committee held jointly with the county AAA committee and county commissioners, it was unanimously agreed that the labor shortage this year will be worse than last year, and that employment of the war prisoners would be a welcome solution.a
