Minister Without SwastikaWhen orders come from Vienna to raise the Nazi swastika on the Austria legation's flagpole, Minister Edgar Prochnik was temporarily stumped. He hadn’t forseen events and had no swastika dag. But he thought fast and borrowed one from the German embassy. It wasn't really a loan, but rather a gift.
