The boat is to be completed about the last of April.Steamer Louisville Sold—Capt. J. B. Ford of tuis city, owner of the fine picket Louisville, disposed of her yesterday. We understand she was traded to Uapt. Combs of Louisville fcr the Exchange Liotel property, on the corner of Main and Six! h street. The property is said to be worth fully $00,000, that beiDg the estimated value of the boat.
