AF officer sentenced for homosexual dctsBy MARK WALSH Bit burg bureauSPANGDAHLEM AB, Germany—A squadron section commander has been sentenced to 18 months in prison and as many as 15 airmen face discharge following a two-month investigation into homosexual activity, a base spokeswoman said Tuesday.Capt. Paul C. Starr, 26, of the 52nd Supply Sq pleaded guilty in a general court-martial to three counts of sodomy, two counts of fraternization and one count of false swearing.In addition to the jail sentence, theSan Francisco captain was ordered Monday to forfeit all pay and allowance* and was dismissed from the Air Force, said Tech.
