OCR PAROLED ME*,Who arrive here daily from Southern prisons. These men are worn down by disease and hanger, and months must elapse before they can again take the field. New clothps arc issued to them here, and when paid a short furlough is giver, them to go homo and recuperate. The inability of the rebels to feed their prisoners is attested by the foot that many are paroled as soon as taken. Those last arrived here came by way of Charleston, having been confined at prisons which it was feared Sherman would visit in his successful march. They all seem to think the war is Bear its end, and say the rebel citizens they were among are universally dispirited and disheartened. Theywill make their final and most desperate struggle during the approaching campaign.
