Session At State Armory Tonight At 8 O’clock; Cast For Piay To Be Named.An important meeting of the Francis Scott Key Post of the American Legion will be held this evening at tne State Armory at S o’clock Tne mem»ership cards of the local pose vvrij be distributed to the members of the legion in Frederick.Final plans for the piay to be .-.lag-ed b\ the local members of the legion will be discussed, and the cast will be presenter to the local post for the approval. The cast of the play will include only ex-service men and the female characters will be impersonated by local girls. The matter of starting a campaign to erect a memorial for the sol tiler®■irom this district wno gave their lives to their countrj v. ill also be taken up. Cards announcing the meeting have been sent to the 200 members of the local post. At present, 174 members have paid their fees and r^mbership dues. Congressman Zihlman has sent letters to the men of the legion throughout the county; asking that thev express themselves j on the matter of a bonus At present there are 78 bonus bills ready for1 introduction into the Xationai Congress and about seven which are being considered before they arc pul before the Maryland Assembly. These matters will ali be discusses at the meeting tonight and the entire membership of the local post is urged to be present.
