Letter from Indianapolis.Camp Carinoto*Feb.; IStb 1866-Editor Courier:—To one not accustomed to miliitary life, this rendevons presents rather a varied spectacle, I might say improving, men are 'arriving day and night, and from present, indi-| fcations the 11 Regt’s. will soon be filled One, the 145th drew arms yesterday and to night starts for Nashville Tena.
