From IndlanapulisIndianapolis, Feb. 19.The 145th Ind. left last night for Louisville. The regiment numbered one thousand men, and was fully armed and equipped. In marching down Washington street General Carrington halted them in ft out ol the Bates House, when Govornor Morion made them a brief address. Owing to the want of accomodations at Camp Carrington the regiment had to be sent of!' before ita field officer* had been appointed. They will be appointed as soon as possible. The Governor signified bis intention to appoint none but skilled veterans to those positions.The 150th Illinois, a new regiment, passed through the city to-day for the front Col. Frank T. Sherman, of Chicago, is I learn, their commander.Captiin John L. McQuiddy, ot General Hovey’s ataff, has been appointed Lieu-tenant-CoIonei of the 143d Regiment, This is also a new regiment, and was raised in the flrat District.Recruits are arriving at about the rate of five hundred per day. Camp Carrington is crowded full, and the old Camp Sullivan ia being fitted up again.
