This End .WASHINGTON, June 20—UP) —France got word from congress today she can send a ^thank you train'* to the United States if she wants to, without running into customs trouble.Reports from Paris recently said the French wanted to send such a train to this country fill-led with champagne, laces and other things France is noted for.The idea was to make the rounds of American cities as the “Friendship Train* did in France ana say “thank you” for the' food Americans sent the French, vTrouble devel oped though.
