Two American surgeons. Dr. Edgar Kahn, of the University of Michigan, and Dr. John M. Concern*, of New York, are also icheduled to leave tomorrow on the trans-Atlantic clipper plane for France. They will report to the American hospital at Angou-leme. Dr. Kahn is a brain specialist, and is going to France at the urgent request of Nelson Dean Jay, head of the American Red Cross committee in France, who reported a surgeon trained in this type of work was badly needed.
