Kennedy, of Akron, state commander of the United Spanish war veterans, will be the principal speaker.The program Is being presented with the cooperation of the Spanish war veterans* organization which opens its four-day state en-* . campment here this momlngr* Music will be furnished by theT Lash high school and Zanesville* .
