Inspection Is Made Of Camp Ritchie* * i;MrsBreBaltimore police officials and members of the Baltimore Variety Club yesterday made an inspection tour of Camp Albert C. Ritchie at Cascade, Md., in Washington county.Governor O’Conor has granted use of Camp Ritchie from Aug. 5 to Sept. 2. for members of the po-j lice-spon sored Boy Scout troops i and the Boys’ Clubs of Baltimore.) The Variety Club is composed of theatrical men who co-operate tvUh the police in sponsorship of the Boys' Ciubs. One of these clubs has 1,100 members. The eight Scout troops have about 40 members each.The visitors wore 'conducted about the camp by Maj. Gen. Dwight H. Mohr, commanding ofli* cer of the Maryland State Guard. The State Guard, including companies from Hagerstown, will use Camp Ritchie from July 2S to Aug. 4.
