No. 2079, folio 421, etc.,granted and conveyed to Alfred JenkinsHhrlver all the property of every kind devised as aforesaid by the said wlil of Emily Mactavlsh. and by the codicils thereto.The bill then alleges that Emily Mnc-tavlsh, the younger, and the said Academy of the Visitation of Mt. de Sales, by deed dated April 27. 1901, and recorded nmong said Land Records In Elber R .O.
