A remarkable case is that of the late Richard Eccher. who died in France, and the payment of who*e insurance was mentioned in I * Globe last night. The insurance was in the old reliable Penn MutualI 1 Ale Insurance Company, of which H. C. i Hansen is the agent in Atchison. Mr. . Hansen s middle name is jservice. Through his investigation it was found the policy which relative believed had lapsed, was still in force by virtue of the reserve accumulated by payment of three years premiums.
