Stradley, 20,’ son of Mrs. Louis Higginbotham, 822 Ramona avenue, has been reported missing in action following the surrender of American forces In the Philippine Tslands, according to a war department communication received Tuesday.Stradley was graduated from South high school in 1939 and entered the army air service in September, 1940. He left the United* States in October, 1941, for service in the Pacific, relatives said.He has one sister, Mrs. C. F. Elake of Ocean, Park, Cai.Among other Salt Lake City residents reported missing in the Pacific war was Captain Gordon Hugh Peck, husband of Mrs. Gwendolyn Gupn Peck, 3042 Third (300) : East street.Mrs. Peck last saw' her husband about a year ago when she and their 8-year-old son Gordon Hugh Jr. returned from Manila to stay * with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. A2f * G.
