Twenty-SfrrH Rioimkht Full—We under* stand that this regiment, stationed at Camp Noble under command of Col. Sanderson, is full, and there are a few men to spare. Some of the companies are not quite full, but they can be filled from those that hare a surplus. An officer was to have been here to-day for the purpose of mustering in the companies, but it will probably not be done before Saturday. The following are the companies on the ground: Captains Pistorius, Kirk, Davis, Babbett, Clark, and Tubbs of this city, Ferguson and Cald well of Clark county, Kay of Floyd county, and Abbott of Crawford county. It is thought most of the men will be uniformed by the latter part of the week. The uniforms are made at Cincinnati.
