INCINERATOR FOR RESORTSPut In Operation At Camp Ritchie For Surrounding Area.The Blue Ridge Summit* Higli-lield and Cascade areas are to have incinerator service for the disposition of rubbish which accumulates in that area, and have formed an association to take advantage of the offer.The incinerator has been completed at Camp Ritchie and will be available for the people of the above named sections immediately.Last night at a meeting, Charles Gardner. Blue Ridge Summit was elected chairman of an executive committee; Sam Was tier, Cascade, treasurer, and Leon Werterbaugh, Pen Mar; C. W. Winebrenner, High-field and Major Robert Barrick, Camp Ritchie, as other members of the committee.A full time man to operate the incinerator is being employed and all garbage and rubbish will be transported to the incinerator. All dumps, where this rubbish has heretofore been dumped' will be cleaned up and no longer used.Major Barrick will supervise the operation of the incinerator and a record will be kept.
