Charles C. WalkerCharles C. Walker, 70, of 306*2 S. Third St., Clearfield, died Tuesday, July 18, in Clearfield Hospital.Mr. Walker was born in Woodland on March 12, 1908, a son of Ulysses and Susie (Polkinghorn) Walker.He retired in 1954 after 35 years with Harbison-Walker Refractories. He was a Methodist and a member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles.Mr. Walker was married to the former Beulah Dingey who died in 1965, His parents, two brothers and a sister also preceded him in death.Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Lex (Sue) Schnarrs of Philipsburg; three grand* children; and a sister, Mrs. William (Jessie) Sayers of Clearfield.The Rev. Rickey Eminhizer will officiate at the funeral Thursday at 3 p.m. in the Leavy Funeral Home Inc. in Clearfield where friends will be recelv* ed from 7 to 9 p.m. today and until the service tomorrow.Interment will be in Bradford Cemetery at Woodland.
