WtSpa, Belgium, July 9.—Tha German delegation today agreed to meet tha terms of the Allied ultimatum, demanding that Germany disarm her forces immediately.The Germans, however, in. sigmasthe utlimatum, protested against theproposition that Allied forces occupyGerman territory on the Ruhr riverunless the German . army is reduced to 150,000 officers and men by October 1, claiming iiiat this was a viola_ tion of the Versailles treaty.The Germans agreed to the first four terms set down in the Allied ultimatum as follows:Four Provisions Accepted.1. Disarmament of all German .forces, including the security police, Vpust begin immediately.2. Germany must publish a proclamation' ordering immediate surrender of all arms held by German civilians.3. All arms, ammunition, guns an-1 cannon in excess of tfce treaty senna must be banded over to the Allies without delay.4.
