Herbert R. Hadley, son of Mrs. Helen Hadley, 216 High street, end Sergt. Raymond J, Labrecque, son of Mr. and Mrs. Joseph N. Labrecque, 62 West Third street, who were both awarded the Purple Heart.Hadley sustained hip and thigh injuries on Jan. 22, while Labrecque was wounded three days later.
