NEW AEBANY:TUESDAY EVENING, JULY 8, 18C2.The Call for More Troops.We have already laid before our readers the letter of the President, in response to the Governors of loyal States, calling lor three hundred thousand additional troops, and in another column we print the proclamation of Governor Morton calling for eleven regiments from Indiana—one for each Congressional District. The regiment to be raised in the Second District will rendezvous in this city. We hope to see our patriotic citizens at once go to work to fill up the ranks of the regiment. The country needs their services,and there should be no backwardness. If the additional troops are at once put in the field the rebellion will be speedily crushed
