He was married to Mabel ColMna Dec. 89, 1915. Mr. Hedges was associated with his brother, Roy, in the Hedges Brothers cleaning establishment until his retirement in 1955 and he served in the 163rd Depot Brigade during World war I.He was a member of the Atlantic First Presbyterian church, At-j lantic BPO Elks lodge 445, Pymota j Masonic lodge 271, Ophir Chapter; 84, Atlantic Council 19, Kedronj Commandery 42, Za-Ga-Zig Shrine Temple and the American Legion.Surviving are his wife, two sisters, Mrs. Janie Kewin and Dar-leen Hedges of Atlantic and two brothers, Roy Hedges of Atlantic and Ralph Hedges of Des Moines.Funeral services will be held Sat-nrday afternoon at 2 o'clock at the First Presbyterian church, the Rev. £)avid M. Hubler officiating. Interment will be in the Atlantic cemetery, with graveside military honors in charge of the Atlantic Le-. gion. The casket will be taken 1 from the Roland funeral home to the church Saturday morning. I
