It is expected that he will be assigned to a flying• ; K :within the next few days.As a result of his completion of the tests, Tooman, who already held a commercial pilot’s license, was granted a re-rating issued by ^ the Civil Aeronautics authority• for the new national flight training program.The test completed by the local flier included both oral and written work as well as actual flyingtests.
