James A. Maxwell Jr. was the equivalent of a discharge under other than honorable conditions.'* His defense attorneys said the conviction would be appealed.The military court, composed of three men and one woman, all with the rank of colonel, foundMaxwell guilty Monday of two counts of transmitting child pornography and other obscene material on his computer.The jurors also convicted the 26-year Air Force veteran of transmitting indecent language.Maxwell, 48, was relieved of command at Goodfeliow in June.
