A Captain | £\eavyhasip'sin’sageofighFrank M. Derlzbaugb. Jr., son of Mr. and Mrs Frank M. Dertzbaugh, 306 Upper College Terrace, has been promoted from a first lieutenant to 1 a captain, according to word received by his parents. Capt. Dertz-baugh is a member of the staff and faculty of the officers' candidate department of the Eastern Signal Corps School at Fort Monmouth. N. J. He entered service in early i 1940 with the Headquarters Company of the 115th Infantry, of this city, and in October of that year was transferred to the Signal Corps School. He was commissioned a second lieutenant last January. In civilian life prior to entering the Army, Capt.
