Theywere also pals and Caey wasknocker and about every other HHBHB play it was Bramsen of Franklin tackling Casey of City high.Came the war and the bovs wei.t their respective ways. Some week ago two bombers returning from missions over Germany were forced to make emergency landings because of fog on an R.A.F. field in England. The motors of both planes were still idling as the crews stepped out.And to the surprise of both, who should be the co-pilot of one plane but Casey while the bombarriivr on the other bomber was Bramsen.Both boys are second lieutenants. For four days they were grounded at the R.A.F. field and the pair were together constantly.Irpnically enough, it developed that theirPhil Bramsen and Joe Casey66-year-old bachelor who did his washing on Sunday.
