St. Johns col1*c*« freahman, was at liberty on bail today while State'* Attorney A Theodo-c Brady awaited further word on the condition of Curts* classmate. Homer U Todd. Jr.. before fixing a date for a hearing on a charge of assault.The charge was ordered by Brady after investigating the circumstances of Todds injury early Saturday morning as he climbed the steps of his dormitory. He was found by fellow students unconscious, and a broken brick was found nearby.When he recovered consciousness several hours later on his way to a Baltimore hospital he could not tell how the injury came about.Investigation brought Curts into the affair when it was learned that Todd, as a member of the student council, had brought a complaint against Curts charging he was a disturbing influence in the dormitory.Curt* denied any knowledge of Todd s injury and his release on bail wasarranged by a brother who came here from Paterson, N J.
