Dr. Baruch Braunstein of St. Louis and New York, world traveler and former instructor of history at Columbia university, will lecture on the European situation. He has been closely identified with relief and rehabilitation work among the stricken people several years, Rabbi Goldstein said.Assisting Miller, chairman of the Jewish Welfare Federation, are Sol Newman, George Potlltzer, Edmund Falk, William Fleisehaker and S.
