Kartzke, 517 E. 117th. have received holi-j day greetings and with them word that all is well from both their son and son-in-law. both now engaged in the battle of Germany. Ineidentellv. both are in the armored divisions but in different armies.Pfc. George Kartzke. wounded in England, having recuperated there, is back in the front lines and as he puts it “enjoying plenty of action.” Son-in-law Capt. Steve Lang, husband of their daughter Ruth. Ls with General Patton’s army and his greetings also affirmed the statement that there was plenty of action.
