WELCOME HOME PARTYCorp. Clarence Thouvenin. Camp Crowder, Mo., was the guest of honor on New Year’a Day at a family gathering at the home of Mr. and Mr*. Melvin Koehler, 8outh 4th street, Carlyle. He was Inducted several months ago. The guests came in the morning, enjoyed a dinner of baked wild and tame ducks, ham and race o o n with all the trimmings and a dessert course. The afternoon was •pent in visiting, all remainingfor supper.Others present besides the above named were Mr. and Mrs. Jess Thouvenin, O'Fallon, III.; Pete Thouvenin, Posey; Mr, and Mrs. Otto Meyer and family, Hoffm a n; Mr. and Mrs Robert Zimmerir.ann and family, Centralia; Mrs. H. P. Hempen and daughter, Posey; Miss Mae Marshall, Beckemeyer; Mr. and Mrs. Fred Thouvenin and family, Mr. and Mrs. Lester Thouvenin, Miss Loretta Thouven i n, Carlyle, making a group of 35.
