Migueliz EstateAnnie Olivas Migueliz, 84, granddaughterof the Spanish don who owned the landmarkOlivas Adobe, has left an estate of more than$500,000 to her son and daughter.Mrs. Migueliz, 84, of 549 Glenwood Drive,Oxnard, died Christmas Eve. Her will has been filed for probate in Ventura Superior Court.A widow, she left more than $317,000 in cash and $240,000 in real estate, according to estimates filed along with her 1965 will.The will names her daughter, Ida Mary Reagan of 733 E. Clara St., Port Hueneme, as executrix. According to the will, Mrs. Reagan receives her mother’s oil and gas rights and a lot in Port Hueneme, and she will share the remainder of tlie estate with her brother, Andrew Migueliz of Oxnard.Mrs. Migueliz was born Feb. 25, 1886, in El Rio to Francisco and Ramona Olivas. She was the granddaughter of Don RaymondoOlivas.
