rom . ,ents Stranger Posts Warning Placards inSutherland Stores Sutherland, la., Dec. 27.—A bomb was exploded when a stranger placed in every business house in Sutherland a large poster card bearing the following words: “German language is strictlying-ian-farentsE.n a iger rect toWeead-itersDundeedsind.';ramhasreat-notnan-forbidden on the streets and in all public places in Sutherland.”This created considerable excitement and talk, as the stranger when he put up the cards made the remark to proprietor or clerk: “I want you tosee that that card remains up.”The strunger refused to talk, and when asked if he had a right to do this replied: “I wouldn’t be doing it if Idid not have the right. ” It is supposed that he was a federal officer.A local in our for sale column will
