ANGLESEA ASBYMORNING SUN — Anglesea Y. Asby, 80, of Morning Sun, died at 5 p.m. Wednesday at Mercy hospital in Davenport where she had been hospitalized about three weeks.She was born March 26, 1887 in Des Moines County, the daughter of Julius Cassius Eugene and Elizabeth Jones Yohe.She married Paul A. Asby onj Nov. 12, 1907 at Morning Sun. He was a railroad mail clerk in Burlington prior to retirement to San Leandro, Calif.1 in 1953. j Mr. Asby died in 1962. For the j past two years Mrs. Asby has! resided at Morning Sun Manor. •Surviving are: two sons, William Dudley of Poway, Calif, and Chester Eugene of Davenport; two daughters, Anglesea Ruth of Alexandria, Va., and Faith Mary of San Leandro, Calif-; 10 grandchildren; and 2 great-grandchildren.Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Saturday at the First United Presbyterian church in Morning Sun with Rev. Edward Fish officiating. Burial will be at Elmwood cemetery. Pierce funeral home at Morning Sun is in charge oi arrangements.
