So civilian defense authorities are busy providing gas masks for the entire population.Available now to the 465,339 civilians in the territory is a grey rubber gas mask and pack. And not backward in claiming this protection are the 157.000 Japanese in the island who don't trust their little yellow cousins in Tokyo further than they can thrust a bayonet.iHawaii’s children wrill also be protected. wTith 23.000 respirators for babies.
