Russells PointJASON A. RUSH, 15, diedat approximately 6:30 a.m. Feb. 12, 1998, at his residence.He was born Oct. 6, 1982, in Lima to James W. Rush III and Pamala L. Parker Rush. His father survives in Lima. His mother survives in Russells Point.Mr. Rush was a freshman at Indian Lake High School. He attended Indian Lake Church of the Nazarene, Lakeview.Survivors also include two brothers, William “Mikke” Rush of Lima and Ben Rush at home; two sisters, Laura (Isaac) Furrof Russells Point and Amanda Rush at home; maternal grandparents, Bill and Naomi Parker of Harrod; a paternal grandmother, Barbara Rush of Lima; and a maternal great-grandmother, Hazel Altman of Lima.He was preceded in death by a brother, Eric.Services will begin at 2 p.m. Monday at the Lewis Chapel of Chiles Sons-Laman Funeral Homes, Lima. The Rev. Dennis Garman will officiate. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery, Lima. ;Friends may call from 2 to 4 today at Van Horn Funeral Home, Lakeview, and 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home in Lima.Memorial contributions may be made to the United Way.Rush
