DON LOUIS OLIVAS HAS ANSWERS FINAL CALLVENTURA, Feb. 3.—With the death of Don Luis Olivas, in this city, last evening, a pioneer of pioneers has answered the final call. Don Luis was born on the old Olivas ranch in the .Mound district, 86 years ago, and hisentire life has been spent in this section.Like all the hospitable old Spaniards who owned vast ranchos inearly days he lived to see his holdings pass from him; but again, like all the men of his class, he was a courtier to the end in spite of poverty and the infirmities of age.His nearest relatives are nephews and nieces.
