And yet we find hundreds of farmers prospering, educating their families and adding their share to the nation’s wealth.Christian Reinertson, Valders, is one of these farmers who has taken his chance along with the rest, has met the obstacles that have confronted him along the way and has been able to readjust himself to every situation that he has met.Back in 1922 he gambled all he had on a 100-acre farm, a $17,000 investment, at a time when farming looked like the biggest gamble It has ever been in its history. He was newly married, it was after prices had begun to go down on farm real estate, and the future prices of farm commodities were a most uncertain thing.
