LEGION COMMANDER — Eliot Thomas, Glenwood attorney, has been named commander of Har-' vcy T. ftlmel post of American Legion, succeeding Ross Garrett, who resigned. Garrett will become first sergeant of the new Company I in Glenw fcrlenwood. Thomas is a iorrher Oakland attorney and assistant Pottawattamie county attorney. He was an army captain.
