Harold Hardt, son of Mr. and Mrs. Fred Hardt, 500 South 24th avenue, Bellwood, who was killed in action on December 5 somewhere in France, will be conducted at3 p.m., Sunday, December 31, at Zion Lutheran church, 23rd avenue and Oak street.Attached to the 3rd Division of the 15th Infantry, Hardt had been in the service since January, 1943. He would have been 20 years old in January.In addition to his parents, he is survived by a brother, S.l/c Adolph W., who is stationed with the Navy at San Diego, Calif., two sisters, Ruth and Dolores, and his maternal grandmother, Mrs. Chris Stang.
