Dedication ServiceAt Fairlawn CourtSunday AfternoonArrangements have been completed for dedication services to be held Sunday afternoon at the Fairlawn Court housing project here. The exercises will start at 2 o'clock and continue through 5 o’clock, and the public is invitedto attend.The project, which is for colored residents, is now about 75 percent occupied. The dedication will be under sponsorship of the park management and an interesting program has been arranged. City Manager A. J. Lauber will give the address of welcome andthe flag raising ceremony will be in charge of Boy Scout troop 11,From 2 to 3 o’clock the dedication program will be given over to children while from 3 t© 4 o’clock the program will be for adults and during which the flag raising will take place.A schedule has been arranged whereby a program of activities each week for residents is featured. including Bible study, negro history study, games and amuse-
