William H. BenderLITTLE HIVER - William H.Binder, ‘ 73, died Sunday morning at the Lyons Hospital after a long illness. Bom Oct. 21, 1896, at Wilson, he married Margaret R. Kerr Sept. 23, 1942, in Medford, Okla. He was a retired mechanic. He had been a resident of Little River for 30years.He was a member of the VFWin Lyons.Survivors include the widow; sons, Stephen and Carl, Ponca City, Okla.; brothers/ George Bender, and Ray Bender, both of Sylvan Grove; and four grandchildren.Funeral will be 2 p.m. Tuesday at the Williamson Funeral Home, Little River; Rev. Ellis Hacker. Burial will be at Bean Memorial Cemtery, Little River.Friends may call 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. Monday, at the funeral home.
