Burial was in Elmwood Cemetery in Linneus. Col. Marrs was born Sept 14, 1909, in Peabody,Mass.He graduated from Bridger Academy in Dresden, Maine, and also attended HarvardSchool of Business.He served in the South Pacific during World War II, in Korea and Japan during the Korean W?ar, and in Europe Theatre from 1959 to 1961 He was a member of the Retired Officers Association and the Veterans of ForeigaX He was a -Unitarian' ,Survivors include . wife, Melba, and a sister, Helt*4Marrs of Salem, Mass. 4
