Hall, chairman of the Norwich branch of the Woman's National Service League, has received from Mrs. Lorin A*. Gallup a donation of $5 and from Miss Matilda B. Randall a contribution of $25 toward buying wool to be knit into army sets, to make up the town’s quota of 2,100. rets.Earlier in the season, the members • •f the league were busied knitting for the navy and already have forwarded L 31 completed articles to the Navy League. A few sets have not been returned by the knitters, but are to l»e forwarded as soon as received: and hereafter all the work will be donelor the army. ^ pThis is because the Woman’s League je; now wor'iinsr with the Norwich Red ’ Voss in order to make up the 2*100 quota of army sets.
