Wyo„Kohwer and Jerome, Ark;, and Granada, Colo.—in which Japanese evacuated from military zones on the Pacific coast will be Interned for the duration of the war—had been designated military areas.The centers are being completed and will house Japanese removed under orders of the western defense command at San Francisco. No Japaneseliving inside a center will be per*? mitted to leave it without written permission from the secretary of war or the director of the war relocation authority, which administers the centers.
