OLD RESIDENTDIES TUESDAYAT EL RIOV isventi Olivas, the well knows old time resident of El Rio. died Wednesday morning as a result of dropsy, after an illness of considerable duration. The funeral was held Thursday morning at the Santa Clara ( atholic Church and the internment was held at the El Kio cemetery.The deceased was a native of Ventura county; being a member of a family of 20 children. Members of the family were at one time very wealthy, owning a large part of the Santa Paula y Satlcoy rancho. He leaves a wife and several sons and daughters to mourn his loss.
