!Three Wisconsin Men in Latest PW Exchange(By ASSOCIATED PRESS)The long-awaited news from far-off Freedom Village reached three Wisconsin families Tuesday night - the word that their men had been returned to freedom from the Communist prison camps of Korea.THE RETURNEES are Sgt. Jacques W. Beaupre, 23, West DePere; Cpl. Henry L. Brecklin, 23. Monroe; and Sgt. Ralph H. Brand. 27, MilwaukeeBrand, the news of their son was extra welcome. It came Just one day after they had said goodbye to Ralph's 18-year-old brother, Allen, who is enroute to Marine Corps boot camp at CampPendleton, Calif.Mrs. Brand was sitting before the television set, hoping to hear her son’s name, but s h e dozed off and it was Ralph’s father who heard the announcement. The impact of his words was so great that Mrs. Brand said afterward, “I don’t knowing.’The Korean campaign was Sgt. Brand £ second war.
