Robert Rowe, 17, the son of Mr. and Mrs. Edmund Rowe of 1625 South 17th avenue, Maywood, was graduated from Proviso high school last June, where he w*as homeroom treasurer and also won a bronze medal. Currently he is employed by the Jefferson Electric company. A brother, Pvt. Edmund Rowe is serving with the medical corps in France, and a cousin, Pfc. Jerry Cozolla is with an antiaircraft unit in New Guinea. Two uncles, Cpl. Charles Rowe, and Sgt. Mike Vignolc are also with the armed forces. Robert takes an active interest in all sports.
